How it Works

Carolina Golf Collective’s main business model is shipping curated golf boxes—filled with golf essentials and fun lifestyle items—straight to your door with FREE shipping. Because we offer both one-time purchases and subscriptions, we want to make sure the billing and shipping timelines are crystal clear. Here’s a simple breakdown of how everything works!

Subscription Orders

Our subscription boxes ship on the 5th of every month (holidays may impact shipment). For first-time subscribers, please pay attention to the cutoff dates to know which month’s box you’ll receive.

Monthly Cutoff Schedule

  • Orders placed between the 5th and the 25th:
    You receive the current month’s box.

  • Orders placed between the 25th and the 5th of the following month:
    You receive next month’s box, shipped on the 5th.

Billing

  • First-time subscription: billed on the day you place your order.

  • Recurring months: billed on the 1st of every month.

Keep the cutoff dates in mind to know which box you’re getting based on when you subscribe.

Subscription Example 1

You subscribe on January 23rd.

  • You receive the January Box.

  • You’re billed on January 23rd.

  • Your January Box ships within 2 days.

  • Recurring billing occurs on February 1st, and your February Box ships on February 5th.

Subscription Example 2

You subscribe on January 28th.

  • You do not receive January’s Box.

  • You’re billed at signup for the February Box.

  • Your February Box ships on February 5th.

  • Next billing date is March 1st for the March Box.

One-Time Box Orders

Cutoff dates for determining which month’s box you receive are the same as above. The only difference is billing—there is no recurring charge.

One-Time Example 1

You purchase a one-time Collective Box on January 20th.

  • You’re billed immediately.

  • You receive the January Box, shipped within 2 days.

One-Time Example 2

You purchase on January 27th.

  • You’re billed immediately.

  • You do not receive January’s Box (after the 25th cutoff).

  • You receive the February Box, shipped on February 5th.

Monthly Box Contents

Each month features different products in both our Collective Box and Essentials Box. For example, every box includes golf balls (6 in the Collective, 12 in the Essentials), but the brand or model will usually change each month to give you variety and help you discover new favorites.
